• Conduct and support user research, develop personas, journey maps, and design principles.

• Create and evolve the visual identity of interfaces, including color palettes, shapes, font choices, typography, iconography, motion design, and other graphic elements that express the brand’s personality.

• Design interaction models, wireframes, mockups, user flows, and detailed UI specifications.

• Develop and maintain cohesive style guidelines that unify both visual and interaction design across products.

• Produce high-quality graphic and UI assets for production, ensuring pixel-perfect replication of screens and seamless engineering handoff.

• Contribute to the brand’s presence on digital and social platforms by applying design principles that enhance visual storytelling and consistency

• In-depth proficiency with Figma design tool as well as experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator);

• Able to communicate ideas, concepts, and subjective matters to others through various mediums;

• Bachelor’s degree in arts, marketing, or related fields is preferred;

• Understanding of CRO and A/B testing is preferable;

• Self-starter and a person who works well with others.
